Who should apply?

Anyone who loves small children (6 - 9 years) and wants to work in an educational environment with some of the areas most disadvantaged children.

Activities

Support teachers in the classroom with group and one-on-one interaction
Music, dance, art, song, structured play with the children
Resource development for the school
Assisting with daily running of the school and children; helping at lunchtime, play time and nap time

Volunteers stay in shared accommodation in a serviced and catered house overlooking Chintsa beach (single accommodation available upon request and for an additional fee).

Facilities:

- Shared accommodation
- Communal kitchen & living area
- Electricity
- Hot & cold running water
- Bath & shower room facilities
- All bedding and linen included
- Washing machine available for volunteer use

- Volunteers must have a competent level of spoken English
- Volunteers must provide a certificate to prove that a Police Check has been undertaken in their country of residence
